Application Process

Each Adult (18 years and older) who will occupy the home must complete an application. For each applicant, we verify:

• Credit
• Criminal Background
• Income and Employment
• Rental or Mortgage History

To Apply:

• Complete online Application and pay $50 per application.  
• Send all supporting documentation to our EFax at 678.302.3451 or to our email:  info@spaldingbrokers.com.

The approval time is dependent on several factors and can take an estimated 24 to 72 hours.

The property will remain active and available until:

• Application(s) have been received, paid, and all supporting documentation has been received.
• Within 24 hours of your Approval by Management, a Reservation Agreement & Commitment to Lease or the Lease Package forms must have been signed and received by Management.
• Within 24 hours of your Approval the Reservation Deposit has been received by Management.
• Failure to comply with these requirements will result in your application being closed and the property being released to the next applicant.
• Certified Funds are required for all initial monies, including the Reservation Deposit, Security Deposit, Pet Deposit (if any), Prorated Rent and First Month’s Rent/Reservation Fee.
