This one is bittersweet! When my client first moved to Georgia, we met at a pottery studio in Cumming. We became friends and then Mark & I had the honor of helping them find this amazing, resort-like home nestled in the woods on Lake Knickerbocker. Fast forward a few years and it is time for them to start a new adventure in TN. I am sad to see them go but excited for this next chapter in their lives. But don't worry - they found an equally amazing resort-like property on the river!
