Can I be approved if I have a Bankruptcy?
If your bankruptcy is open, we cannot approve your application.
Can you hold a place before I apply?
A home can be reserved after an application is approved. Please review our Reservation Agreement.
How do I pay rent?
Rent is paid online at www.spaldingbrokers.com
How old do you have to be to apply?
Each adult (18 years and older) who will live in the home must complete an application.
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
We will need details of type of pet and then we will have to discuss with the Owner to receive permission.
Is the security deposit refundable?
Security Deposits are held in Escrow in case of damages. They are fully refundable as long as the home is damage free and there are not outstanding funds due when possession is returned..
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
Please provide notice via email to info@spaldingbrokers.com that you do not wish to renew your lease.
Who needs a cosigner?
We do not work with cosigners. The adults living in the home must be qualified.
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
Complete our online application and pay the $50 application fee for each adult (18 and older) who will live in the home. Send your supporting documents to our eFax at 678.302.3451 or email info@spaldingbrokers.com. Approval usually takes 24 to 72 hours. See our Application Process page for full details.
